Cemetery
The Wisner Cemetery sits on top of the hill on the northeast corner of Wisner. Currently, the cemetery is divided into twelve blocks.
Due to difficulty in mowing and trimming of the Wisner Cemetery, permanent plantings will not be permitted. Flowers, both real and artificial, and other grave ornaments cannot be permitted during the months of May through September; except during the period of May 23rd through June 10th. Temporary decorations during the balance of the year are permitted in any reasonable manner.
Block 12 is the only block that has lots available for purchase. In Block 12, upright markers are permitted with the following regulations:
* Overall height shall not exceed four (4) feet.
* Foundation shall not exceed a width of twenty-six (26) inches.
* Vases may only be placed at the ends of the marker, they shall be included in the precast and there shall be a minimum of five inches of cement extended from the vase to protect them during mowing.
* All vases added to existing markers shall have their extensions the full width of the precast to keep them from breaking off or separating from the marker.
* No markers shall be supported by the vault but exclusively by the precast foundation.

Grave Opening - $500.00
Grave Opening-Ashes - $125.00
Saturday Grave Opening - $125.00 (Extra)
Sunday & Holiday Grave Opening - $150.00 (Extra)
